Great attention was given to every detail, from decoration of the property to everything that you may need for breakfast. We really appreciated the welcoming local Bakewell tarts and wine. Lovely house in a lovely area. Helpful hosts provided a useful information document before my stay which I really appreciated. Lots of nice touches around the place, including a record player. Great place to relax for a few days. Bus stop 5 minutes walk away.

It felt like living a bit in the now and a bit in the past. It was comfortable and had all the things we needed. Most of all, the setting and the view is beautiful. I loved the bird songs the sheep across the valley, the horses in the pasture next to the house. And the house was cozy and cute.

Quaint cottage, located in a beautiful derbyshire village. Great location for getting around. Very clean and cozy, well equipped with everything we needed. Nice comfy bed. The shower was amazing. Plenty of parking. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Joanne was lovely, with great communication before our stay. It was a pleasure to finally meet her. Happy to recommend this property to family and friends. Would definitely stay again! 😁

Serene views and atmosphere. The cottage itself was beautifully designed and appointed. Very comfortable beds. Convenient small kitchen area. Good shower. Fantastic swimming pool and games room. Pub just across the road. Altogether a paradise - I didn't want to leave and I would love to go back.

Wow this was a top little find. There is nothing the host hasn’t thought of. And the lovely gifts around the apartment for us on arrival were fabulous. The cleaning was impeccable and the whole house had literally everything you thing you would need. It was cozy and very comfortable as well as quiet. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Parking is very easy to find on the side street and very close to house.
