This family-run, relaxed and friendly B&B is a few minutes’ walk from parks, beaches, shopping areas, restaurants, nightlife and local transport links including South Shields Metro Station. Newcastle Central is a 20-minute drive or train journey away. The A1, A19 and Tyne Tunnel are a 10-minute drive away. There is free car parking right outside. All rooms at Annie's Guest House have memory foam mattresses, double-glazed windows with black-out blinds, a cooling fan, a fridge with fresh milk and free WiFi.
