Superbly appointed flat situated within a moments walk of the sea front, the town centre shops, bars and restaurants. The sea front offers a beautiful harbour, long sandy beaches, parks and funfair. It can accommodate up to 7 guests and features three bedrooms. There is a comfortable lounge with a sofa, a TV and access to WIFI. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven and hob. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. It is a 'self access' property with a combination lock box at the front door which gives you access to a key for the front door. The dial illuminates for good visibility during the hours of darkness. Sorry but no pets unfortunately.

We are Faye and David Deacon, a married couple who live locally. We love our town and the surrounding areas which we feel is a bit of a hidden gem. We started with the holiday let as wanted to create a small business for us not only as an investment but as something which would also give people the opportunity to come visit and enjoy what our area has to offer. We are young at heart and love to be out and about in the fresh air with our Cocker Spaniel 'Reggie', making the most of the beaches and general sea front area.

We love living in Sunny South Shields and like to think we have a diverse choice of things to do and see when it comes to making the most of your time here. Without ever needing your car you could enjoy our stunning sea front and walk south for miles taking in the beaches, coves and cliffs along pathways well maintained by the National Trust. Staying in the town centre, and 5 minutes walk from the flat we have a reconstructed Roman Fort on the site of the original, two recently renovated parks with a boating lake and play areas for the little ones. There is all the fun of the fair with traditional rides and amusement arcades. You will be spoilt with choice when it comes to eating out with huge selection of fish and chip shops to Indian, Chinese, Turkish, Thai, Italian and your regular fast food chains. If you want to explore further afield we have our Metro Train system within five minutes walk which can transport you into Newcastle City Centre in 30 minutes. We also have a lovely little ferry which can chug you across the Tyne to North Shields where you can explore the beautiful Tynemouth and its Priory and Beaches.
