Room was comfortable, bed and pillows, and breakfast good, if layout a little crowded.

Its proximity to the places I needed to be. Ample parking.
Boasting spectacular views across the Rossendale Valley, this characteristic former mill is set within its own grounds, complete with flowers, gardens, rockeries and a cascading stream, in Ramsbottom,...

checking process, was charged three parking's by mistake of the person trying to help me check-in as when I arrived there was no staff there and I was alone to try figure it out myself, also ordered room service and the web page said failed after two orders but charged my card each time so ended up paying 3 times for food but was issued refund at the bar but I had to go down and sort this out myself, also needed the physical card i used to get the refund which was annoying as nowadays everything is done virtually. Felt like a scam to be honest

We visit Bury regularly to see relatives.
We visit Bury regularly to see relatives. The surrounding area and parks are very good, scenery quite dramatic - bleak in places. A lot of history from the industrial revolution and textile mills. Enjoyed visiting the station and seeing the vintage trains, still being used. Disappointed that Bury market is only open a few days each week, we could not go in the indoor market & shopping areas with the dog.

Bury is pleasant, there is enough to do, restaurants and pubs, walking and some shopping. We were there for work so we did not have much time to look around and the weather was awful so no chance of walking far either.

Bury Town Centre has plenty of good shops and the famous Bury Market is worth a visit.
Ramsbottom is a pretty village ( not far from the Eagle and Child) and venture out a little bit to Whitefield for good restaurants.

I go to Bury for the East Lancashire Railway and usually go for the Summer Diesel Gala. Some interesting place and a good variety of pubs, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. There is also the market and museums.
Room was huge beutiful. The staff were lovely from start to finish beau was a member of staff and she was so attentive and couldn't do enough for you so polite and felt welcomed. Breakfast was amazing all included in price could tell it was locally sourced amazing. Will definitely be returning. On getting home my husband has left something at the room emailed the hotel immediate answered they had found what we had left and said would post onto us. Brilliant thank you to all there don't stop what your doing.
Hotel was lovely, clean with good facilities. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We needed to arrive midday to change and attend a funeral in the afternoon and they arranged for our room to be ready early which helped us enormously.
Breakfast, plenty of choice and was lovely to eat. Plenty of parking too
Good value for money. Location suitable for my needs traveling to breightmet, but also close to bury town centre if you need to travel there. Wouldn't recommend staying here if you needed to commute to mcr city centre. Breakfast and evening meal both acceptable and good value. Staff friendly and attentive.
The rooms themselves were really good.
Bathroom was big and well maintained.
Bed was fine as were coffee / tea making facilities
Location was really good too.
Staff were also really friendly - so a good hotel all round really.
The rooms were modern. We were in the top room like a attic room. I kept banging my head on ceiling as it sloped down above bed. However it was fine for a overnight stay. Good location for bury town centre.
Good comfortable rooms and beds. A lovely pool/sauna a short walk away. Lovely location with plenty of parking for many guests which is useful as hotel was busy with a wedding reception. Helpful staff.
