The views were amazing, the pool was gorgeous. Hotel breakfast is worth it. Hotel staff were very helpful. They arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport and drop us off. They helped us with all our needs & questions. Location is fantastic (yes there are a lot of stairs) but you can walk almost anywhere. Fantastic restaurants. One word of advice ask the hotel manager questions they will help out and make suggestions.

Platis Yialos is a very nice beach. There is a charge for the use of the sunbeds which is quite expensive. There is a good beach bar called Yialo Yialo. They serve good food and the staff are very nice in there.
Do not go to the DK Oyster bar, this is the bar with the black umbrella's outside on the beach. They have a terrible reputation for ripping people off, sometimes for 100's of Euros. This happened to me a number of years ago and happened to another resident in our hotel this year. She was charged 500 Euros for not very many drinks and something to eat!

The beach is well organised, with many restaurant options. There’s a 5 stars hotel, with a beach bar called Branco, which was really good.
I’d say that 85% of the beach is covered by the sun beds for rental. The remaining part is public, so people can lay down on the sand on their own towels.
The water is beautiful, clean, and transparent. However, a bit cold in October.

The place is conveniently located if one wants to go to the beach or to visit the city of Mykonos where all the buzz is. One can use the bus or rent car, scooter or ATV. Mykonos is expensive, so be prepared to pay 36 Euro for a 3km Uber drive.

Everything about Argo was perfect. Comfortable room, great breakfast and amazing staff. The hotel is charming and the staff did everything they could so we had an enjoyable stay - including organising transfers. The location is perfect - it'll take you 2 minutes walking to Platis Gialos (where you can also get the cheap water taxi to most beaches) and 5 minutes to Psarou, which are 2 of the best beaches in Mykonos. We also loved walking down to have dinner in the sand every night. If you need the bus stop is also right in the front door.
I would like to recommend Myconian Ambassador hotel in Mykonos-We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed very much: Great service and team, very good breakfast and wonderful views and pool. The location is best on the island for us-close to most beautiful sea in Mykonos and to the path To other beaches.
8 minutes by ATV to Mykonos town.
This is a real 5 star hotel!we stayed in the main building And it was close to common areas and a great room.
I Definitely will come back to Ambassador hotel. 🌸 Simona Green
The property and staff are both excellent, and for Mykonos you definitely get value for money here. 3 beautiful pools that are kept spotless, a lovely pool bar and breakfast area that has a good selection. Location is great as it is 5/10 mins to psarou and platis yialos beaches, and 10 mins drive into the town. The hotels taxi/transfer service was great and made it simple to organise lifts. All the staff were very helpful and George is the man for tips of what to do and how not to get ripped off - easy in Mykonos!
Everything was perfect! The pool, room and other areas were beautiful, the breakfast was incredible and the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Amazing service from Thanos and the whole team! We loved the more peaceful vibe that came from being a little bit outside the centre of Mykonos, but you can still get into town easily via taxi. There are also lovely restaurants and a beautiful beach in easy walking distance of the hotel. By far the best place I've ever stayed!
I had an extra day in Mykonos and chose this boutique hotel for one night because of its inclusion of breakfast and free transfer from the port. I only wish I had booked my whole stay here. The value for money was outstanding. Great location as it was a five minute walk to one of Mykonos' most beautiful beaches, the room was impressive and very minimalist chic. For someone who was on a bit of a budget I found this hotel excellent value for money.
It was a great experience with this family hotel , I could not name single person as all of the staffs so nice and friendly and super kids friendly , breakfast perfect.
We had pool room garden view which just 5 steps from reception and hotel closer to their parking and a bit away from early pool and beach bar music which start from 11.
Overall, definitely next time I would not waste my time looking for another hotel for Mykonos 👍
The hotel and our stay was excellent. The bedroom, with its own terrace with sunbeds were amazing. The breakfast, was very complete and with many different options. The pools were incredible and the best is the arrangement the hotel has with Acrogiali hotel that is on the beach so you can use their sunbeds. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to everybody and would choose it again if I go back to Mykonos
The location was amazing, just a quick 5 minute walk down to the beach or the bus stop to take you into Mykonos Town. There was also a trail that gave access to other beaches about 15 minutes away. The view from our private terrace was breathtaking! Up here we had our morning coffee and wine before dinner. I highly recommend staying here between the location and informative staff.
We booked this trip last minute without any knowing Mykonos. The hotel was in a perfect location. Upon arrival Antoni helped us with every second of our stay from a taxi to the port and some exquisite restaurants and beach recommendations. Thank you so much for having us! We hope to be back soon and will tell everyone the place to be is at the Bay Bees.
The location was great, it is within walking distance from the beach and many great beach bars/restaurants. The owner, Mina was great, very helpful and friendly. She gave us many recommendations and also arranged a quad bike for us with one of the trusted companies. She also arranged for a transfer from the port to the hotel and back.
This is our 4th stay at Kamari and it gets better every time. Beds are so comfy, breakfast is plentiful and delicious, hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are wonderful, warm and like family. Location is perfect, 5 mins walk to the beach, bakery, restaurants and bars and 10 mins by bus to Mykonos town.
Excellent clean hotel, in a perfect location, close to the beach. The bus station is in front of the hotel, making the access to the Mykonos town very easy (taxis only for 20 EUR). Good breakfast served on a nice terrace with a sea view, freshly squeezed orange juice.
Our room was right on the beach and had a nice patio. Hotel provided free transfers to/from the port. Nice breakfast. The bus stop to Mykonos Town was close by with 30 minute pickups and returns until 2 am. Short bus ride with great shopping and restaurants.
Really exceptional and personalized service. Awesome family-run boutique hotel, and every individual worked diligently to accommodate our request. Also nearly beachfront, with a <5 minute walk to several beaches. Quite romantic, and great spot for couples.
We have stayed at this hotel several times, and we will go back again. The owners and staff are so very friendly and helpful. It’s a lovely hotel and the location is ideal for time at the beach or going into the lovely town.
Comfortable and very spacious room. Beautiful beach. Best location in Mykonos, easy transport to city town and others beaches. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff, specially Athina and Maria, kind and patient.
The proximity with the beach and the nice location in Mykonos island. The breakfast on the terrace was also very good.
Staff friendly, Eleni has been very accomodating on our nices and changes.
Really close to Platis Gialos - which is the first in a string of beaches on the southern coast of Mykonos. Great view even from our side sea view room. Very affordable. Good breakfast.
