The staff was very nice, the bed was confortable, and they had a mini fridge and to make hot water. It’s cheap price, if you are on a budget it’s a good place.

A great budget friendly hotel in the heart of Hanoi. The staff where attentive to our needs, giving us watermelon juice and a cool towel on arrival. They assisted with booking tours and organizing drivers, allowed us to leave our bags as we went away for a night to Sapa. The room was very clean and comfortable with air conditioning.

When we first arrived the hotel. We were warmly welcomed and assisted by Jay and other frontline staff, which made our trip much smoother. Thank you very much for your help during our stay! The location of the hotel is great too! We can literally walk to everywhere in the Old Quarter. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for budget travellers.
