Really helpful staff, especially on Reception. Pool was lovely. Big clean downstairs room, well appointed. Good stopping off point on the way to the south coast beeches. Attached restaurant/club had excellent food for relatively little money. We had booked a second stay there on the way back to Sydney, but our plans changed so we had to cancel last minute, but the hotel still refunded us (they didn't have to), which was nice, so I think the staff deserve special mention.

We loved everything about this trip from the camp fire being ready to go and garden seating area to the wonderful layout and comfort of Scribblygum Lodge. We loved seeing the kangaroos, wombats and wallabies roaming about, the useful information guide and the hospitality of the hosts. Such a nice feel to the whole space and so lovely to see how they have recovered after the fires.

A lovely stay. Just a stones throw away from the shops, eateries. We had a lovely family room with an outdoor verandah. Can see and hear the birds cawing! Absolutely lovely!! Room was spacious and clean. Would visit again!
