Fantastic bed and breakfast in a great location and easy walking distance to everywhere including the beach where the penguins come in at night - we saw more more for free here than we did on a paid trip in Bicheno! The bed was comfortable, the room was nicely furnished including quality products in the bathroom and there was a mini bar in the fridge. It was great to wake up and see such a lovely view of the bay in the morning. Breakfast was very enjoyable with a full cooked option available for no extra cost. Rhonda and Christer were friendly and helpful and we have no hesitation in highly recommending the Ark.

The room was a good size with parking directly in front. The view from in front of the room is great. It was also quite close to the town - only a few minutes drive.

Well appointed clean & tidy rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy parking and access to the unit. Great location.

The house is perfect size and very homey. It is in a great location and short distance from the shops and pubs.

Clean, easy design and laid out, comfortable, access to all amenities. Reception provided all information and was very helpful. Staff in the dining room always smiling and were happy to assist and the chef /s were excellent (many meals here) the cleaners were very friendly and were very personable -even though they were busy with the tour bus rooms. It looked like everyone was happy in their role and wanted to be on site. All up couldn’t as for a better team. We felt very welcome.

Breakfast was excellent and Owners were very polite and considerate to my Wife's mother who was 82 years old. She enjoyed her 2 days stay at the cottage. The Owners also invited us to come and have breakfast with her. The additional coat was very competitive.

Beautiful, peaceful, quiet property in amongst nature on the edge of a picturesque creek. Easy drive to Stanley & loved our very rustic cabin, very well equipped in kitchen, laundry. Absolutely loved it.
