The staff is unobtrusively helpful, extremely polite and always available. The food is excellent. Compliments to the chef. The excellent location just 7 km from Bansko and 45 minutes drive to Gotse Delcev, as well as the proximity to beautiful ski trails, the forest, springs with mineral water, the center of Dobrenishte, the waterfalls of St. Nikola and many more places to explore, makes this hotel the right choice for a vacation. Hygiene is at a high level. Bathrobes are provided for the pools and the spa.

Excellent location! Very close to bansko, and the road was clean and safe from snow. The accomodation was amazing, with everything you could ask for. The reception desk was vary helpful to whatever we need, for information, directions, a cab, and firewood. They were more than happy to help with a smile. We visited with a friend and my girlfriend and we all absolutely loved it. When I visit Bansko again for skiing. I'll definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean. The pool and and the spa was perfect. Breakfast was superb. The hotel has also three restaurants althpugh little bit pricy taste and quality was very good. The staff was kimd and helpful. My 6 year old kid had a good time there.

A spectacular location and we were able to ski directly to the door of the boot room. Huge choice at breakfast and laid out really nicely on the buffet, with the choice of breakfast served to you at the table. Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.

I was very pleased with the hotel. My room was comfortable and nicely designed. The wifi connection was very strong. It is a real boutique hotel here, especially there are many clean thermal pool options. The staff was polite and friendly. The restaurant offered a very rich open buffet breakfast and very delicious a la carte meals. It was very enjoyable to spend time in the thermal pool after skiing. Also the terrace bar in the facility was very nicely designed. Thank you for everything.

My stay here was perfect. The owner Vera was the best host I've ever had - so helpful, extremely quick with the communication and super kind. The apartment was very clean, cozy and had a nice view. In this colder month I could also heat it up very well. This is an excellent 10/10 accommodation.
