Very good location in the mountains, the room is clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast offers some options, I would suggest some omlette, not only boiled eggs. The hotel has also a restaurant and a bar. If you arrive by train from Andermatt, you can get down at Acla da Fontauna station, just before Disentis, it's much closer than Disentis. I have also received a message from the hotel that they can provide free transfer from train station, but didn't require it since Acla da Funtauna is 8 minutes walking distance. I looked for this information, the breakfast time is from 7:30-10:30.

I liked everything. We were with our daughter. She is girl with disability. I worried a bit, but hotel really freandly for such gests.

Very friendly, helpful and lovely staff, which made us feel right at home. Superb breakfast. Great amenities, especially after a long ski day (sauna, bar...). The hotel has its own restaurant, which serves delicious food (we stayed there for dinner pretty much everyday for an entire week!). Very charming decor. Well located and well connected. Definitely recommend!

This was an excellent penthouse apartment. Our host was very friendly and carried our bags up to the apartment. Being at 1440m up, we had perfect views of the snowy mountains from our balcony. It was extremely clean and lots of extra luxury items were provided. We also had a mini bar and snacks in the room. My dog was given a bed and some bowls, and we were allowed a flexible check out time. Will definitely be returning.

Everything was awesome. In summer at night you can see fantastic sky with billions of stars, you breathe amazing air, you just can sit and literally do nothing just with total relax. Exceptional service from all staffs from date of booking till our check out. Booking.com shocked me by cancelling my taxi booking on the eve of my check-out and I had to get the hotel staff to help me with a taxi booking. They were steady, swift and very professional. The hotel rooms are exceptionally comfy, clean and tidy. Thanks for the lovely swiss alps experience with a hotel experience that is so pleasant. The train station and the ski station is very near the hotel. So we are able to catch all the sights easily. Lastly, we went to the victorinox shop and the staff nicole was exceptionally professional and friendly. She gave such great customer service that my teacher who was travelling with us today was very impressed.
