The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would really like ti mention Mr. Raul’s name for his commendable hospitality. We did had an early check in which he did it with very smooth process and we also did have a free upgrade from hotel. The service did exceeded my expectations. I would rate this hotel as 5/5 for his friendly and kind staff.

The bathroom was newly refurbished, very stylish and very practical at the same time. There were 2 restaurants to choose from. Both had really excellent menus ; we both had truly excellent steaks.

The on-site restaurant serves an absolutely delicious dinner, and the breakfasts are excellent. The hotel is very well maintained and managed! Totally renovated and beautiful located in the Gstaad area. Parking for free. Opposite the train station of Schönried. The breakfast is absolutely good and some 5 star hotels can’t compete with!
