The warm and genuine hospitality of the staff made us feel welcome immediately, as if we were old friends rather than first-time guests. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely outstanding – fresh, flavourful, and clearly prepared with love and attention to quality. The spa treatments were exceptional, and the personalised care and attention made all the difference. The rooms were spotless, cosy, and elegantly decorated, blending modern comforts with a charming, homely feel. If you’re visiting Saas Fee, don’t miss the opportunity to hike one of the beautiful trails back to the hotel – it’s the perfect way to enjoy the stunning scenery before relaxing at the spa. Perfect location, just far enough away from the busy life in Saas Fee to experience the tranquility of the woods. Beautiful views of the Weissmies and the valley below. Excellent kitchen and an impressive wine cellar. Nevertheless, it was the friendliness and personal attention from everyone in the hotell staff that made the biggest impression. Top notch!

The customer service was very friendly, hospitable, and flexible to our needs. I was on a long trip and asked if I could use the laundry, and they accommodated me, although they said it was not a regular service. The spa was great and this place even has a training room and swimming pool. I have other favorite accommodations in Saas-Fee, but I would stay here again next time.
