The owner was very nice and she took us to and from the airport. The location is great and close to a food market. The beds had heaters. The people were very friendly and I will definitely stay here again if I’m in Xi’an!!

Wonderful stay in the hotel ! The reception ladies are top! helped us to carry lugagge, called taxi etc. very professional and helpfuly to our stay. Peaceful and calm place. I was traveling on family with two boys, they enjoied the swimming pool and thermal disposition. Perfect place to those who are energetical ;-) I recommend without hesitation.

It was simply beautiful, a lovely swimming pool, great breakfast buffet. Amazing room with curtains & a toilet seat that open automatically for you! A robot for room service. Complimentary cold drink in the lobby. Anna, lovely Ukrainian hostess at breakfast was very helpful & professional. Next to a metro with direct service to bell tower area & next to a good shopping mall with good shops & food. Local restaurants in a little square behind it. Very comfy beds, huge bath & great power shower.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, room service is very responsive when I asked for air purifier or mineral water they immediately send to my room, extremely helpful and prompt response! The place has its free self service laundry with detergent and dryers which is very practical for me who staying for a week, I can wash my clothes there. Hotel serves breakfast buffet albeit not many choices but taste good. Location is very strategic, train station and malls are adjacent to the hotel. Walking distance just next to the hotel. I will definitely come back again, thanks for the warm hospitality!
