Everything was perfect! We were picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel, and in the morning the transfer back was arranged right on time. The room was clean and comfortable. I would especially like to mention the staff, everyone was very polite and tried to help with everything. For example, when we wanted to order food and drinks through a local app, the staff kindly placed the order for us using their own device. The hotel grounds were also pleasant, and we enjoyed a short walk around the neighborhood :)

The rooms are spacious and clean and there is a lovely German restaurant and bar at the bottom floor. There is a cool water feature with bridge like walkways over it. But the real standout was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They couldn’t have been more helpful, which is important when traveling to China and some things are just difficult for foreigners.

Amazing place!! The rooms are very spacious, clean and well-accommodated. The staff is very polite and friendly, always ready to help. Really nice hotel! The room is incredibly spacious and it's only about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. They have a shuttle running every hour for most of the day, and getting from the airport to the hotel and back the next morning was simple. There are some small shops around the hotel and a stream running along the side, so it was nice to take a walk around when the weather was nice. Value for cost is high!
