The cleanliness, the hot water, effective heater and electric blanket and the location. Just 1 min walk to the ticket offices for the sightseeing buses and ropeway cable cars. I can't read or write in Chinese. Thankfully, the owners' daughter knows English. She helps me a lot.

The environment is very comfortable, the staff are very helpful and the breakfast is very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone
