As a birthday surprise for my partner (his first time in China) Hao Lan went above and beyond—offering early check-in and even arranging a delicious complimentary cake that made the celebration extra special. We stayed at the Panorama King Room with River View, very spacious and great value. The Breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of choices. we enjoyed everything about this hotel. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was not as close to the metro as I would have hoped, but once I arrived it was very easy to navigate around the city. The room was fantastic, the amenities were great. Very luxurious for a great price. Would definitely stay here again next I visit.

The hotel's facilities and services were excellent. We were provided with a pair of connecting rooms, which were very convenient and comfortable for our family. The room condition was also superb. Although it is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest subway station, the hotel is located in a quiet area and offers a full range of amenities, including a swimming pool and restaurants. Exploring the many historical sites and museums in Xi'an, and staying at one of the city's top hotels, will surely make for an unforgettable and memorable trip.
