Pavel is an exceptional host, few days before our trip, he sent us a detailed email about the venue and also all sightseeing places with brief descriptions. On the day of arrival, due to our last minute car problems, we couldn’t arrive. On the evening 10pm he sent us message to greet and to check out what happened. Unfortunately, our car can’t depart and needed to be repaired immediately! Luggage packed but vacation cancelled:/ we were super disappointed and our 3 year old son particularly, as he was really looking forward to his winter trip to try out his Xmas gift - sled ! Called with Pavel, he showed his sympathy on phone. After discussing I humbly asked if it was possible to exchange the date to later month as we really would love to visit this beautiful place ! Even though it was completely not his duty to offer us something like that, because it was our issue that we couldn’t come. Pavel offered his exceptional hospitality by offering to exchange our travel dates to March ! Even without asking any extra fees, as we expected to compensate at least. What an incredible super host !! No words can express more my gratitude and our relief for missed vacation but even more grateful for the even better unexpected vacation to come ! It was our absolute best time staying at Chaleyott. The location was perfect and there was its own parking. The interior was as lovely as the photos are and all the furniture and appliances of a very good quality and new and fresh and sparkling clean. The bed and shower are perfect as well. Everything is thought through and there is everything you need, a lot of dishes, pans, beautiful glasses, candles, coffee. The owner was very friendly and helpful, left delicious treats in the room and helped us via chat during the stay.

The hotel is very nice. It is close to the city centrum so it is fine to reach by foot. If you go by car, the hotel has a parking space which they charge you a few euros per day. In the city centrum is also easy to park (You can pay on your mobile phone and it is not expensive). The breakfast and dinner were included. The buffet has a good variety of food and the food is good. We spend the Christmas night there as well and it was a very good experience. Good food, drinks, music were all included. The hotel is close to the ski station and there are a lot of sky schools for beginners.

Great hotel for people looking for rest, fun and good food (restaurant). Beer is just fantastic, the same as desserts. Prices are really affordable, everyone will find something to suit the budget. Great restaurant and kitchen staff. Our 4-person room was composed of 3 rooms in fact. The old times you can feel in the corridors only.

Wellness was amazing and was included in the price (from the 3 saunas one (the steam sauna) was out of order) , Dogs are allowed in the hotel, There is a pool table and piano in the big common room (piano needs tuning though!) Coffee was amazing! Real bean coffee at breakfast, Breakfast included from 8-10 am, The restaurant of the hotel offers wonderful and tasty meals, Very kind receptionist, Free parking (if there are enough slots, otherwise it's 200 kč/day on nearby parkings)
