Very quit and comfortable, I really liked that the Rewe is just like one minute , I really liked that they put little treat on the bed (although I didn’t eat because I am Muslim and it has gelatin in it)but I really felt it’s nice ,and the bottle of water water was on the table very excellent, I loved it nothing to complain

From start to finish, our stay was perfect! The breakfast was fantastic, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The staff deserves special mention, particularly Mr. Müller, who was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. Even when I wasn't feeling well, they made the best out of the situation and helped is feel comfortable. This level of care is truly rare! The hotel meets all the criteria and even goes beyond expectations. Excellent location (central yet peaceful, right by the forest and across from the zoo), cleanliness, breakfast, kitchen, and fantastic staff. The staff were amazing and helpful beyond imagination. The hotel is clean and friendly, the team couldn't be more helpful, they got us out of a predicament that could have completely ruined our holiday. I feel we met genuine people who offered only help and friendship without wanting anything in return. The hotel is fantastic, 5 star quality hotel and staff. Rooms are clean, actually the entire hotel is. High standards. The refurbishment of the hotel is very well done and looks classy and chique. 2 Michelin star restaurant with great prices and great food. Generous and tasty appetisers.
