The check-in process was fast and efficient - everything is handled through a website. The room was very modern and luxurious with a clean and large bathroom. The double bed was big and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day with bedsheets and towels changed. There were plenty of power sockets and a modern TV. They supply coffee capsules which can be used with the coffee machine in the lobby. The staff was really helpful - we had a minor issue in one of the rooms which was resolved quickly. Even though the apartment is located further away from the center, there was frequent public transport as well as parking spaces.

We loved everything. The hotel is on the hill so the rooms have incredible view. You can reach the bottom of the hill by the elevator, it’s very convenient. The staff was super attentive and helpful. The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The parking was convenient. Breakfast was delicious, including basque cheesecake and cava. Will definitely stay in this hotel on our next trip.

I've travelled to more than 50 countries and this might actually be the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. The villa was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very friendly and spoke perfect English (my Spanish is unfortunately not great) and the facilities was light and clean. My room was amazing, big and clean and it had a wonderful view of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and equally clean. I absolutely loved my room. I also spent some time at the pool in the afternoon which was also a nice experience. The villa is located on the other side of the old town but it's a nice walk, it took me about 20 minutes to reach the old town and the beach. Walking back at night felt safe. Also, this side of the city seemed to be more quiet which I enjoyed a lot. I opted to have breakfast at cafés in the city so I cannot comment on the breakfast, I did however get a decent breakfast at cafés in the city to a lower price than the cheapest option at the villa. All in all, I really loved my experience at the Villa Eugenia Boutique Hotel and if I go back to San Sebastian I will definitely book the same accommodation - if it's available. MUCHAS GRACIAS :)

The location of this hotel is excellent. On the border of the old town in a nice area, everything you want to see is in walking distance. Valet parking is very convenient and worked well, whenever we needed our car it was waiting for us in front of the hotel. Staff is very friendly and always available. The interior design is great, from entrance, lobby, rooms, it's all perfect. The main great find was their restaurant Narru where we spend several lunches and dinners with great food and wines and very professional and friendly staff.
