Our flight was cancelled because of the floods. The staff were fantastic in their response and the professional way they dealt with such an unprecedented occurrence. They got a room ready early for my elderly mum who had spent the previous night on the airport floor. We cannot thank them enough.

Hotel is greatly located, the staff is super friendly and helpful (I was dealing with some medical issues and the staff helped a lot, even change the room for the more comfortable one) and I liked the terrase on the roof very much.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel during the holidays. The staff goes above and beyond, always eager to fulfill our requests with genuine friendliness and without being intrusive. During our stay, my 9-year-old daughter fell ill on the day of our arrival. Bruna, the lovely receptionist, promptly called a doctor. When the doctors arrived, a staff member escorted them to my room, offering to interpret for us during the doctor's visit. Everything was seamlessly handled, and my daughter received the care she needed, bouncing back the next day. The guest experience manager, Jose Enrique Grau, showed exceptional concern, even bringing her a thoughtful get-well gift of her favorite chocolates. Our suite was not only spacious and clean but also serviced discreetly by the attentive cleaning staff. Breakfast was a delight, with delicious options and a staff that always greeted us with smiles and attentiveness. The check-out process was fast and simple, with the usual warmth, including an offer to arrange a taxi to the airport and assistance with luggage loading. Flawless.

A great format taking the best from both worlds: all the home-like facilities of apartments + professional quality of hoteliers. I liked it so much! The apartments are brand new and excellently equipped. We were able to cook whatever we liked at home, yet there was a cleaning every day. It was quiet and peaceful inside the apartment. It is located in 20 minutes of relaxed walking from the Science and Arts centre. The price is also very reasonable. Top notch!
