This is a great place to stay with friendly helpful staff, nice rooms and good selection of Spanish food. For us it was a perfect base for birding the extensive steppe areas around Oropesa. We loved the themed room, we stayed in Indonesia! Good easy parking just outside.

I love all the green spaces, suitable for 6km running or walking. The restaurant was the highlight; both the quality of the food, how nice the chef was greeting every table, the extensive wine list. The spa was just what we needed; it has a team room and dry sauna perfect for 2 people. The heated indoor pool was also very nice.

As bird watchers/photographers it was the perfect location - beautiful sunsets over the lake, great bar down the street with swallows, martins and swifts constantly flying around and dozens of storks nesting. Three of the photos below were taken from the house.

This is a true boutique hotel. Very eclectic, stylish and kept to perfection. We were greated by the kind owner and her staff. The hotel, gardens and pool, with a view over the snow topped mountains is a real gem, not to be missed if you are looking for true luxury. Thank you for a nice stay
