Loved the location. So quiet. I visited in November which was lovely, but I want to go back in the summer and take advantage of the terrace and pool. Also the village is so pretty. Didn't have time to explore this trip - but will next time. Also great food and wine.

Everything was great. We had an amazing stay. The room was totally clean and very comfortable overall. Nicky, the housekeeper, is an amazing and very friendly person. We thank her for everything!

The breakfast was wonderful, plentiful, and lots of choice in a lovely sunroom. The hotel is set in a grand, picturesque location surrounded by fields within which is a lake, Beds are very comfortable with French doors opening onto a patio, looking across the fields. An 14th century church is in walking distance, and pleasant walks in the nearby wooded areas. Lovely part of the world, real England.

Everything was clean tidy and so much was supplied to make our stay comfortable and restful., Had so much fun searching for the little wooden mice got 11 out of 13 that we know of,.Lovely area, lots to see and do , good bus service if like us you don't drive., Lovely little village with all you'd need and a nice pub, and restaurants .

Great location, lovely staff, really comfortable bed, very clean, quiet, shower was perfect!
