Very comfortable large bed. Spotlessly clean and spacious. The owner was very helpful and couldn't have made us more welcome. Ideal place to stay for the town, just 2 minutes and you are in the town centre.

Would give it 9.5 as nothing is perfect, but Booking.com doesn't allow that, hence a 10. It is nothing fancy, but it doesn't need to be. The room was proper, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good arrange of choices. Value for money this is probably one of the better accommodations we have stayed at. Staff was really helpful and friendly.
