Staff were super friendly and welcoming, our room and the hotel in general were immaculate. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again. The menus, both for the bar and restaurant, as well as the room service menu, were amazing and the food was delicious.

There was nothing we didn't like, the location is perfect only 8 mins from East Midlands Airport, the building is beautiful and the view of the river is stunning , the staff were all very nice and friendly, we had a fantastic evening meal and the breakfast was awesome, we will definitely stopping at this gem again.

Staff were friendly, it was in a very good location. The room was clean, easy to get in and out of, and a good size. The pub food was very good as well. Also has plenty of parking.
