Our stay at the Bay Tree was nothing short of excellent. Location was perfect for our one day trip to Alton Towers. A short 5 minute drive away. Our host gave us some recommendations for dinner on both our nights, which were a short walk away from the accommodation.

I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. All the amenities we needed were available, and upon request, a mini refrigerator was promptly provided, which was essential for storing our baby’s milk. The staff members were a highlight of our stay—they were incredibly polite, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile. Every little request we had was taken into consideration and addressed promptly. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, with everything being warm and fresh. The quality of the food was excellent. Additionally, the restaurant and bar exceeded our expectations with their extensive menus and delicious options.
