The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing, particularly Cathy who served on at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. She was helpful, and very kind to our large party. She is a great asset to the hotel. We loved the pool and spa facilities, also the lounge bar where there was wide selection of bar meals and snacks to suit most tastes.

*We are pleased to announce the installation of an air conditioning system from 10 December 2025 onwards. During this period, there may be some noise and dust disruption during daytime hours.

Only a couple of minutes walk from the International Exhibition Centre and with ample parking, even on a very busy weekend, when I stayed. Bright, welcoming and spacious reception. Buffet breakfast, no full cooked, but bacon, beans and scrambled eggs as well as cereal and fruit. Continually replenished by the attentive staff. All the staff were courteous and professional.

Holiday Inn Telford Ironbridge is ideally located just off the M54 and offers free parking.

The suite was very spacious, comfortable furniture, air conditioning working fine, the bathroom with a huge tub and walk in shower were brilliant. The staff has always been friendly and eager to help. The indoor pool was lovely, water temperature super for relaxing and swimming. The bar and restaurant were also clean and inviting, the breakfast, continental and full English, freshly served, was very delicious.

Set in a beautiful Georgian house on the edge of Telford, Hadley Park House features an award-winning restaurant, elegant rooms and a hot tub. Shrewsbury is 30 minutes’ drive away.

The staff at reception were very helpful and very polite. The dinner was very good indeed and the staff were gorgeous. The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable that I slept in and missed breakfast..... Oooops.

The 4-star Mercure Telford Centre Hotel is perfectly located for business and leisure guests.
