Hotel exceeded our expectations and one of our best experiences. Amazing nature reserve hotel. All wood finish suites with huge balcony opening to the lake and surrounded by forest. High quality amenities, wonderful staff, amazing guest recognition, great food, flexible to our needs.

Our stay was excellent. • The staff were friendly. •Having a pool to come back to was perfect especially after a very hot day at Tikal. • The location was good and it’s only a short walk or tuktuk across the bridge. •The room was comfortable and clean with aircon and had a wonderful view of the lake

Location to the lake & restaurants Roberto & his staff are absolutely lovely & very helpful. The property was very clean. My room had a view overlooking the lake. everything was perfect
