The staff was very helpful and friendly. Amazing service. Especially the night manager Alona. She went above and beyond her duties. She really cared that we were happy and enjoying ourselves. I’ve traveled extensively in Israel and went to 5 star hotels and didn’t get this kind of service. A wonderful bonus is that the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Rooms very clean and the food was phenomenal. The hotel is 18 and older which makes such a difference. It was so peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and I will def be going back. The staff was very kind in the reception, the dinining room and the SPA. We got an upgraded room with a teriffic view of the dead sea and Jordan (amazing sunrise) by Moran even without requesting. Both the breakfeast and the dinner were amazing with a lot of healthy food. My wife took a deep massage treatment and she was very satisisfied.
