The property was way better than my expectations, apart from that, the Estate manager, Mr. Anant, our Butler, Patrick, and our super start Chef Sanjay and the team took great care. The love and smile that they gave you were outstanding. Breakfast was the best part, customisation variety of options and menu and the food quality and flavours all were excellent.

All - big spacious room with nice balcony with great views on the pool and hills (allowed me to enjoy the sunrise). Super friendly staff, good restaurant (Spicy)! inhouse. The hotel is slightly remote from the beach, 5-10min by bike, but allows you to enjoy spending the hot noons in a calm and cooler environment. Very comfortable bed, nice shower.

Our stay at The Lagroo House TBV was absolutely wonderful! It’s truly one of the best places to stay with family and friends near Baga Beach. The property has a beautiful in-house pool, which was a highlight of our trip — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and fun group time.
