- Food was amazing: so much selection and was never hungry after it! (breakfast, lunch, dinner provided was buffet style). The food staff were very nice. - Location: Beautiful area surrounded by monkeys, deer and birds. - Amenities: Pool was nice to cool down, bar area was nice to get a drink and other options like massages or table tennis were available. - Excursions: 1. Safari: this was so cool, we went twice! Saw elephant, leopard, wild hog and many more animals. Both safari drivers were very passionate and nice. 2. Nature walk: this was very interesting as our guide showed us lots of things and we also saw an elephant. Overall, a lovely relaxing place to visit with very nice staff!

It was international standard clean. It has an amazing view of the forest. The food was excellent. Directions and staff responsiveness are excellent. The animals in and around the resort are lovely. There are minimal insects, so I assume that they fumigate regularly. Attention to detail in that there is high speed wifi, toilet paper, bin liners and fresh towels, and linen.

the hospitality from the manager was great. He was verry helpful to organise our travel. the safari organised from Green hills was better as this one from Mudumalay. even if we don't see the tiger.

I felt welcome the minute I walked in the door, a very special place to stay. It felt very appropriate to be staying in this reserve with true animal lovers. Very fond memories of my safari and nature walk. Also - top class ingredients and home cooking for each meal, very plentiful too.

We had a delightfull stay in ooty with Gladwin and family in the Church Hill Cottage. We really enjoyed our stay in ooty. Very quiet location, close walking to st Stephen's church and botanical gardens& charing cross. Close to local delicious eateries. Gladwin kindly helped us arrange local excursions around ooty and coonor area and we are forever greatfull for your help. If you need a wonderful stay in ooty here is a must

The location of the hotel is a just perfect . Being in the main city but away from the hustle and bustle . The property is beautiful. The staff were courteous and very helpful ( though they were definitely understaffed for the Diwali long weekend crowd) . Breakfast was sumptuous and had ample options.
