The location of the hotel is a just perfect . Being in the main city but away from the hustle and bustle . The property is beautiful. The staff were courteous and very helpful ( though they were definitely understaffed for the Diwali long weekend crowd) . Breakfast was sumptuous and had ample options.

Both Amit and Ashish were friendly and arranged for camp fire despite the light drizzle. Complementary breakfast was prepared by Ashish and we didn't have high hopes on it initially. But the food was home made and super tasty. They were kind enough to arrange for cabs to visit other sight seeing places around Ooty. We liked the deluxe family room in which we stayed and overall really enjoyed our time at this place.

Fantastic location, the views of the city below are incredible. Very friendly staff. It was very easy to organise tours and a car back to Coimbatore from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!
