Amazing design hotel near Reykjavik. The hotel has few bistro type restaurants with shared dining so you can try everything you want. Room was clean and surprisingly equipped, food was great, so I fully recommend it!

Nice nostalgic clean hotel. Very good for the price. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was quite good. Even if you dont want to ride a horse, you can actually pet them.

We loved this hotel. Superb spot in a stunning little town. The outdoor geothermal swimming pools are amazing. We were out there bathing while it was snowing! Great little outdoor steam room too - you can hear the geothermal pools bubbling away underneath. Terrific breakfast. We were not in the restaurant. Spacious, clean, very comfy room. Really great games room downstairs with pool, air hockey, darts and ping pong - all free. We got caught in one of the many snowstorms and so could not leave the town. The hotel staff were amazing and let us keep the room for many hours after we were supposed to check out. Walk across the road to the Greenhouse for a cocktail and a more informal bite to eat.

Love the Free parking just behind the hotel. Room is good size for us. Comfy bed, nice modern bathroom with toiletries and clean white towels. Wonderful breakfast spread, scrambled eggs, fruits, cereals, juices,tea and coffee too. Easy check-in and check-out.

Excellent location for a short visit to SW Iceland. Clean and comfortable and easy to access. Very quiet. Restaurants and supermarket a short walk away or Selfoss town 25 minutes drive for more options. The owners were easy to contact and helpful (there was a light out in the bathroom). The heath between the church and the sea is very rich in flowers for an evening stroll.

Best hotel during our stay in Iceland. The pictures don't do it justice because everything is much better in reality. The rooms are big, the kitchen is well stocked with an oven, stove-top, coffee machine, water heater and dishwasher (expect for salt, pepper and oil which you have to get yourself) and the private washing room has a washing machine and a dryer. The included breakfast was delicious and the dining area very beautifully decorated. A grocery store selling all the essentials is right across the road.

This guest house is set on a family-owned, working farm with animals. Central Selfoss in southern Iceland is 7 km away. WiFi, sauna and outdoor hot tub access are free.

Accommodation was great! Owners were very nice and helpful, rooms were clean and quiet, breakfast was a great start for the day and location was just perfect for day trips. Closest city Selfoss (9 km) were very good for dining, to buy food and other shopping. 👍😊
