Amazing location right in front of Lago di Bracciano! - good selection of pastries and continental dishes for breakfast. The rooms we had got a magnificent view of the lake , castle , tennis courts, pádel court and the swimming pool. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly! We wish to spend more time here and hopefully will be back ! 😍🥰😘

Everything from communication, service to facilities was exceptional. A great apartment, new and fresh, well equipped with a fantastic location. A fruit market, food store, shopping street and the beach are within 50-100 meters distance. Great connection to Rome and Civitavecchia by local train (very cheap tickets).

Traditional Italian breakfast, sweet breads, coffee. The hosts offered plenty of fruit choices.The hosts were welcoming but very discreet giving us a private patio and shared garden setting at breakfast. The neighbourhood was quiet in the daytime. There were delicatessens to provide picnic lunches and a Pizzeria and two Beach restaurants for evening meals.
