We were very comfortable at Villa Benatti. Employees were very nice. We booked a two bedroom apartment which was very large with a huge terrace. Mattresses were also very comfortable. We would love to come back when we travel to Italy. Thank you.

Every thing about the Hotel was far above our expectations. We were only staying for the one night and it was ideal for us be based there and a short drive into the centre of town where we experienced the atmosphere which was very vibrant on a Sunday afternoon. We may now come back for a longer stay next time.

Usually we sleep in hotels during our journeys. This time we choose this cosy place that runs of a family and we couldn’t get better! The hospitality is on another level and from beginning we felt as family members. They helped with everything we needed, food was great and very clean. Breakfast in the garden was amazing experience.

Very small and quiet place. Situated a bit sideways from the main living area of Fabbrico, so nothing disturbs at night. At the same time there are a couple nice restaurants in just 10 minutes walk. Very friendly and hospitable owner and the staff. In the room there is everything you need for comfort.

Second time I have been there. Apartment is 10 min away by foot from Modena city entre but still quiet. Hosts are mega friendly and provide valuable Tipps where to go. Appartement is very spacious and everything is available what you need. The place to be if you are looking for comfort, peace and short Distance to All Directions.
