We had the whole lower floor of the house with our own living room and kitchen as well as bathroom and bedroom. There is a swimming pool and outside table for breakfast in the sunshine. It is very well situated as it is a very short walk into the centre for restaurants and bars. There is also sheltered parking at the house

Great place for a bigger family or a group of friends with a spectacular view. There are multiple terraces, a barbecue place and a large table inside, which all are all very comfortable to hang around with a bigger group of people. Due to heavy rains we had some issues with the electricity as apparently almost everybody in the area. The host took care of it immediately and the communication was very pleasant.

The spectacular views, the cleanliness and the fantastic breakfast!! And for sure the friendly staff especially Donatella :) Loved her hospitality and her sweet pastries and cakes during breakfast!!! Literally everything! The room was so spacious, everything was so clean and the bet was very comfortable. We loved both outdoor swimming pools and the view from the breakfast room. All in all we definitely recommend going there and we will come back for sure!

My wife and I spent 4 wonderful days at Ultimo Mulino. The country hotel is nestled in a beautiful forested valley in the Chianti region. The charm of the hotel was undeniable and the comfort and cleanliness was well above average. We particularly loved the pool, sauna and jacuzzi, which were excellent for relaxing after a busy day of exploring the area and driving through zigzagging roads. The restaurant on the premises was very convenient and served great Tuscan food. We would have stayed longer if we had more time. We will definitely be back should we visit the area again.

We loved every single moment here: a natural paradise, amazing private rooms very well kept and clean. Great services such as 2 pools, personal gazebo, but also horses and cows for the children to meet. Staff was amazing, really friendly and helpful, especially when we forgot our IDs' and they shipped them right away! Great restaurant on place too. Will definitely be back!
