What a lovely discovery only 15 min from the airport, perched high on a Sicilian hill overlooking the sea. This is absolutely my new go-to place to get away from the crowded metropolis. Private, modern bungalows, with a far west vibe. Wonderfully kind and charismatic owners. Felt like home right away.

I cannot recommend this accommodation more. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff. The room was huge, renovated historical building. There were 2 pools available to us which we used and enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious served from 7am which was handy as we had a flight from Catania to catch (25 minutes drive from the accommodation). Just keep in mind that this is a farm, away from shops/restaurants. If you'd like to dine/shop elsewhere then be prepared to drive.

The family that run this place are wonderful and made our stay. So kind and gentle. And always helpful. We felt welcomed in to a part of their home rather than staying at a hotel.

Once you get to this lovely place (it's best to do it by car), you'll want to stay there forever! Far from the noise, tourists and hectic cities, you immerse yourself completely in the atmosphere that surrounds you and in the local Sicilian spirit. You are in a historic place, with a fabulous view of the mountains, you are surrounded only by the natural sounds of nature and you have all the modern comforts! A wonderful harmony between old and new! And the attitude of the hosts was more than superb! Every evening we enjoyed Sicilian meals, home cooked by the lovely Marzia, who you can count on for absolutely everything to do with your stay. We love you, Marzia! We really enjoyed our stay. It felt extremely homey and cosy, with plenty of space, good amenities and pool right outside for kiddos to enjoy. The location was also perfect, just out of the city, quiet, but a very short walk to town to enjoy the wonderful local food. And the owners were just lovely! 100% recommend ☺️
