Fransesca was extremely communicative and helpful. She also made us feel very welcome, and spoiled us with treats. Her apartment was very clean and not too far from the beach.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the rooms spacious and clean. The pool area is very nice and well-kept. We had a flight cancellation and they were so helpful- rebooking our taxi etc.
