Booked for my daughter for a night en-route to her uni accommodation for studying in Japan for 5 months. She said it was a lovely hotel. She felt safe and breakfast was lovely.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked for recommendations on what's around. They cleaned my room while I was gone and replaced the towels. And I loved the pj's that were provided. They were very warm and comfortable.

I was really impressed with this hostel. The cabin rooms provide enough privacy, so it feels like you still have your own room. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All of the staff speak English, so you don't have to worry about communication issues. Thanks so much for a pleasant stay!

Amazing staff and great location! Just by the Wakoshi station, it is ideal to take the rail into Tokyo and easy to commute if you're working. It has a nice space to work with your computer, with a coffee machine. The room is recent, spacious and very clean. Would stay here again!

Informative staff and a great breakfast spread featuring both world cuisine and local dishes. The free amenities available in the lobby are a gem. The room size is just right, we managed to fit our large and mid-sized luggage comfortably while still having enough space to move around. The layout is perfect, with a sofa and a working area that made it easy for me to get some work done remotely. Plus, the hotel’s location near Nishi-Shinjuku Station and close to Tokyo Hilton for the limousine bus service to Haneda Airport adds to the overall convenience. It’s also near Shinjuku, perfect for experiencing the bustling nightlife and amazing eateries. Overall, very satisfied.
