The staff are very friendly and helpful. They sent shuttle to pick us up. They also gave us good advice in around. The food was amazing and the portion was huge. The taste of food is good as well. We can see mt Fuji from our room on 2nd day of stay and it was amazing experience. We booked the room with half board. The value is great!! and If there is a chance to come back to this hotel again.

The owner was so nice! The food was excellent! We had the best time. We arrived completely drenched from rain and the owner offered to dry our things and was taking care of our shoes and everything the whole time and he speaks great English. The surroundings is so peaceful.

Great location in a quiet area. Clean and spacious place for a big family. There were 3 Japanese style rooms on the 2nd floor. We loved the private car parking spot next to the house. The kitchen and the washing machine worked well. There were umbrellas for rainy days. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great location, right next to the shores of Lake Motosu! We were able to get there by bus - just be prepared for some difficulty getting around if you're not bringing a car (we were supposed to have one, but the plan fell through last minute). Thankfully the hotel staff were able to provide free electric bikes for us! Good buffet dinner - it was quite busy, but the staff kept everything well stocked. The rec room with table tennis / pool / darts was a great touch!
