We visited Tokyo in prime season (April), so most of the decent hotels in Tokyo were booked or were placed with triple prices, so we decided to check hotels around and found this place. And it was an amazing choice. We loved everything about our stay. Kind staff, clean environment, and location (just a few minutes to Funabashi station or Keisei line that goes straight to the airport). We had zero problems with the location. There is a nice shopping mall nearby with a HUGE DAISO shop. Check it out. A lot of places to eat. We took some time to explore Funabashi city, and it was nice to walk around and see more residential areas (it's very peaceful compared to crowded tourist spots in Tokyo). Everything was clean; they brought us new towels every day. We didn't request to clean the room as we didn't use it that much. They provided all the toiletries. I 100% recommend it!

Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful staffs. Smooth fast check-in and check-out. Clean, peaceful and safe environment. There is vendor machine at every level. Beautiful hotel, very spacious room for Japan standard. Near supermarket Maruetsu, restaurants, next to a train station and yet very quiet. Convenient for visiting Disney resort. Would definiteley stay here again!
