Unfornately, we have not stayed here as the hotel plan to renovate at that time so they asked us to stay other which they prepared to support. So it made us surprised because we got the perfect place that i have stayed before. Big bedroom, Big dinner course - French Style, and japapnese breakfast, Private onsen and good view.

Breakfast and Dinner were both fantastic with a good variety and tasty. Room was large and well equipped Onsen was large and great temperature Location was very pretty with lots of open air and mountain viiews

The facility is top-notch. The food is great! The seasoning yuzu pepper tasted marvelous. The onsens in room or public but on reservation are all really good.

Very nice stay. The food selection and quality of the food was amazing. The employees all very helpful and attentive and friendly. They came with the shuttle bus and picked us up at the bus stop. Great.

AYCE dinner and breakfast buffets - including 9 types of unlimited sake and shochu! Quality and offerings of food were great. The place also has 2 onsens with mountain / caldera views which were so peaceful in the morning! And another one with an outdoor space. Finally, I loved the Showa era retro vibes.
