The design of the hotel and the rooms were very contemporary and sleek. The hotel occupies the top floors of the highrise so the views from the room was great. I was conveniently located at the train station. For a city hotel with an onsen was a treat.

Host was very friendly and thoughtful. She gave us a warm greeting at the start and also supplied us with plentiful snacks, drinks and food souvenirs. Loved the onsen and how spacious everything was.

It is a standard hotel. There are many amenities. Spacious room suitable for two people. Hotel near Sun Road Shin Shigai shopping arcade. and near the tram station. Including the SAKURA MACHI Kumamoto bus station. I recommend this hotel. If there is a chance to go back and stay again.
