Everything was amazing, I highly recommend booking! We loved the house and the location was beautiful. The only problem we faced was finding the place on Google maps, we only managed to find it by using the gps coordinates.

Perfect location next to the ropeline station with beautiful nature views! Japanese cleanliness! Breakfast and dinner buffet really ritch and tasty, some western options as well for people with no preferance to Asian cuisine. Staff polite and helpful. Onsen area was really nice. The shop near the lobby was useful Beautiful footbath area, enjoying an icecream there was a highlight with the view while soaking my feet after breakfast was a highlight

View is amazing, I mean really amazing. Just before the hotel is a Fuji viewing spot and you have it outside your window. Onsen in the room was great and you can open doors and view Fuji from the hot batch and that is just insane. In the night is is absolutely silent and you can see the sky full of stars. I only wish we would stay longer.

Excellent stay and exceptional staff. The meals were beyond! My mom does not eat fish and the staff went above and beyond to make separate meals for her. Loved the location. Walking distance to the train and an amazing Open Air Museum. We'd be lucky enough to stay again!

very new hotel, stayed at a room with a private bath on the balcony, view from the balcony was amazing and the overall mood was perfect for a romantic get away. 1.great set of amenities, bottled water, local beer, juices made locally as well as Japanese tea and the standard keurig type coffees. 2.great staff, very attentive and have staff who can speak English to a good degree who are knowledgable about the area 3.breakfast buffet very good selection of juices and foods. 4.amazing onsen style bath on the 10th floor. 5.don’t know if it was just part of the room I got but the taxi from the station to the hotel was comped 6.greeted with Japanese traditional sweets and tea while we waited for check in and seated in the lobby. 7.if you are going at atami firework season would be an absolutely perfect place to stay to see the fireworks. view is amazing from the upper floors 8. good breakfast buffet, with a range from Japanese traditional breakfasts, western style intercontinental and full English, an egg station where you can have your eggs any way you like including eggs Benedict, as well as a little Chinese option from the Chinese restaurant in the hotel and a good cold selection of desserts, salads, yoghurts, fruits, and cold cuts
