This is a very good hotel. The room was large with good facilities and comfortable bed. The staff were excellent. Binus- underground parking with elevator straight into hotel lobby. No advance booking for breakfast but you can pay on the day or add to your room charge. I had breakfast on my last morning- good selection, well cooked foods.

The last day, I made a mistake for the resavation to the hotel. I left my luggage in my room and went to work. When I returned to the hotel, I could not enter the room and understood the situation, but the hotel staff smiled and held the room for me and gave me the left luggage. Thanks to the hotel staff, my trip to Oita was a pleasant memory. Thank you very much!

The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the hells of beppu attraction. The buffet (dinner and breakfast) were fantastic. Love the beef steak and the buffet spread. Services by the restaurant crew was fantastic too! The rooms were spacious and the layout was well thought out. The best experience was this particular counter staff. I forgot to note down his name but I really would like to compliment his good service! He was so helpful in giving us the direction to the bus stop and bus time schedule. He personally walked us out of the hotel premise to show us where the location of bus stop. He is what I called service beyond expectation!!

It was like a townhouse and had so much room, 2 bathrooms and a fridge with a coffee maker. The beds were pretty comfy and the onsen was the absolute best feature.
