Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, we felt as if we were at home. The room was extremely comfortable, because of that it was difficult to leave the room and explore the city Not to mention the free shuttle bus to and from the station was a thoughtful perk.

Beautiful room. Stayed at their 2 bedroom apartment and everything was great! Love the interior, bed is comfortable and the amenities were very well prepared.

Lovely food, staff, baths, own private dining room, meticulous service and very clean area. I think it’s almost impossible to top in those regards. The room with its own hotspring was divine. The massage was excellent. Would recommend.

We loved everything about our stay. From before check-in until after check-out, everyone put in so much attention to detail. Incredible views, luxury and the meals were nothing short of amazing.
