The golf course was fantastic, although the greens were not up to par. Good accommodation, I had one of the apartments in a villa with a good standard and beautiful views.

I really felt like my home in a different planet. You will feel like everything around you. You can bring your food and cook all the electric appliances are there ..i felt like staying more but i will go there again..very very very romantic atmosphere. The manager mr.Athula is always helpful. Absolute serenity and calmness very clean.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in recently. We were warmly welcomed with a traditional drum & song routine performed by the wonderful staff. The room was so comfortable, had everything we needed and a full mini bar included in the rate. The hotel facilities were great and absolutely spotless. The food was exceptional and the service outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends & family.

Had dinner at Kandy Calm Residence, and it was a fantastic experience. A proper home-cooked Sri Lankan meal with warm hospitality. The place is cozy and inviting, and the hosts incredibly welcoming. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and made with care. Every dish had the perfect balance of spices and home-style cooking, making the meal unforgettable. What made the dinner even more special was the personal touch, with thoughtful presentation and warm conversations with the hosts. It was more than just a meal; it was a true taste of Sri Lankan hospitality. The accomodation is spacious, well appointed, clean and well presented. Everything was amazing. We stayed in the suite, it was so beautiful, huge room and terrace with amazing views! The pictures don’t do justice to this place, it is way more beautiful. Our kids stayed in a normal room, it was small but comfortable and clean. The staff is simply wonderful, always ready do help and always kind and happy. The food was really, really good.

Our room was very comfortable and spacious, including a stunning outdoor bathtub surrounded by plants. The breakfast was a full-blown brunch where we could decide between different options and the coffee was excellent as well. We had a very pleasant stay at Simpson’s. As usual in Sri Lanka the kindness of the staff is beyond anything. We had a great room with views of the mountains. The infinity pool is breathtaking. We also did one of the hikes that they offered in the morning and learned about the estate. The food does not look like the one advertised but it’s still good. This hotel has by far the fastest WiFi in all of the island. It’s great value for the price!
