The best place to start - or finish-a trip to Sri Lanka! Close to the airport, but a world away in terms of calm and loveliness. The staff were so welcoming - we arrived late and they made a lovley dinner for us while we swam in the pool. I'm coeliac and they went out of their way to create a delicious meal, and a generous breakfast. The room was clean and crucially had lot of space to put things/hang clothes. We wished we'd been able to stay longer to enjoy the lovley pool and the little oasis of calm. A perfect introduction to a beautiful country.

The staff and a "share culture" made this spot perfect. It is a simple place with basic rooms and facilities. It is an inexpensive, no-frills place. However, the owner was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He picked us up from a 1 am flight. The breakfast was good. He gave us fruit right from his garden. He got us cell phone service and advice for our trip. He gave us adapters for plugs and helped with all sorts of advice. Guests leave items to share: Sunscreen, Shampll, lotion, etc... that you can use. He has a simple quaint garden with active bird life. It was a good location and a nice welcome.

The staff are the friendliest people you will ever meet. We were in the property for 5 hours only for a quick stop over and they looked after us so well; cold water on arrival and breakfast in the morning (complimentary!). They also offers drivers for your stay in Sri Lanka.

Dayan was super nice. We requested pick up service from the airport at 3-4 in the morning. Dayan contacted us in advance to inform us where he will wait for us. After some hours of sleep he also dropped us off at the tuktuk rental , which is only 200m away. The hotel is clean, has a very good bed and is close to the airport.

Comfortable and clean room. They provide shampoo and shower gel - which is rare in guest houses around Sri Lanka. I found this a big plus. They also serve food (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

The location is excellent, very close to the airport. The hotel looks modern, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning and the fan both worked well, and the bathroom was very convenient. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended if you need to spend a night near the airport.
