We had great stay in Agnus! It's located on the hill and has mesmerizing view on the sea, Peace Pagoda temple and Galle Fort. Staff was super friendly and helpful! It was pleasure to have delicious breakfast on the balcony, while watching monkeys over the garden. Room was huge and clean with great room service.

the most relaxed place during my stay in Sri Lanka. Nor Lanka has the best of both Norway and Sri Lanka! perfect location for beach, best B&W beach restaurant, small supermarket. very comfortable rooms and relax areas. I had wonderful day with tuktuk of Mr Lal. Really kind gentlemen. let the hotel arrange this guided tour. Also loved the breakfast (good bread!) Thank you again kind an warm familie for making me feel so welcome🙏

Chef Arune made very tasty dishes both in the morning and in the evening. Namindu kept the house tidy and everything was always very clean and beautiful. The owner has a transport company which we used to visit different places. It was safe and comfortable to be in the house. We were often visited by monkeys, peacocks and squirrels. The pool had different depths, so it is suitable for both children and adults. The house has a generator, which had to be started a few times.

I love this place and people who work here with all my heart. Its my second time staying at Romaya and I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Sri Lanka. Its very close to all the fancy places (Ahangama, Weligama) but at the same time its very secure from all the tourists and etc. this villa is located in a quit beautiful place in habaraduwa, very close to the ocean. you basically live in the jungles. beautiful monkeys come every morning to feed on mangoes (yes they have a mango tree). nice swimming pool to cool down after a day at the beach. a lot of small beautiful animals and birds. Suranga, Ruwan -- you became my true family. I love you guys and I will see you next year.

Its a beautiful hotel, with nice rooms. The best we had in the whole month journey in Sri Lanka. Ist situated out of the way but easy to find using a tuktuk which brings you to the beach center for a couple of hundred rupiahs only. Its clean! Its airy, with a great recention room which is open to the garden all time. You breakfast there as if in the tropical woods. On the other side is a nice swimming pool. Sitting on your balcony at night fireflies visit. Its tranquil there and the beds are very good. Opposite this hotel is a excellent Spa for your massages which scores a 5 on tripadvisor. We did two concecutive mornings of 1 hour deep full body massages. This hotel is a romantic place to be.

People The owner Lee & all of the staff (Pushpika & Sludara) made us feel so welcome and did everything to make Sue our stay was comfortable. Location Although a little away from the beach, this was an advantage. Quiet, with a beautiful view of the jungle. We saw a mongoose, palm squirrels, langar monkeys, a peacock and many other special birds. The way that the place is set back from the road and the construction meant it was very peaceful. Room A really lovely, well appointed room with fridge, aircon, safe, comfortable beds, wi-fi, lots of power points, clean and modern bathroom. Looking out onto the lovely pool and jungle. Pool Well maintained. A good size and we were always able to get a sun lounge. Lovely temperature and cleaned regularly. Restaurant Although we only had breakfast here during our stay, we coincidentally had a lunch here during a recent tour. Both were excellent. Well cooked, good serving sizes and lovely tasting.

They have new rooms with high comfortable beds and 2 pillows each. New bathroom and new shower works very well. AC WORKS! Outdoor space available for all the guests. Located in front of the beach but 5/10minutes walking from the main/centre area who is very chaotic, so the hotel is in the quite road. Good staff good breakfast!
