The place was always clean, staff were always polite ready to help. Location was very accessible as there were bus stations close to the hotel to go anywhere. We didn't try the hotel restaurant for food but from what we have seen it is nice.

Everything was great, we felt like we were in our own home. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things, the rooms are large, and the beds are very comfortable. The apartment is located on a great location and there are bus stations nearby where can catch a bus to Sliema or Valetta.

I and my family needed the place near the airport to survive the flight cancellation. They made our room ready before official time 12 instead of normal 14. We had to leave next morning very early. Therefore, I don't know about the quality of the breakfast, but, I can tell that they assembled nice "early leaver package" for us. They also organised a cheap eCab taxi to the airport (6,5€) . From ordinary tourist point of view - the Sea was just some bus stops away, so we enjoyed a sandy beach (Il-Bajja s-Sabiha) and about 20C swimming water (in beginning of December) in Marsaxlokk.
