At check-in, we were informed of renovations so our apartment for 4 was no longer available and we were offered 2 rooms in the hotel instead . I'll never know what the apartment was like, but the hotel rooms were excellent and the free breakfast for both nights and free drinks at the bar helped calm the situation. Well done Linsey (Lindsey?) for excellent customer service. So for the hotel rooms: fast free WiFi, hypoallergenic flooring, spotless bathrooms, rain shower, top floor, clean swimming pool area, sauna, steam room, good choice of food at breakfast, free shuttle bus to airport every 30 minutes.

The hotel is perfectly located just across the street from the Amsterdam Zuid train and metro stations. The views are great - thanks to all rooms being on higher floors. Staff was always very friendly and helpful in every way. And the room was really spacious and well designed.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. The reception staff provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions in Amsterdam. The room was cleaned daily with coffee and water replenished.
